Heady Creations FAQs:
-
What are your products made of?
All of my handmade products are crafted using epoxy or UV resin. Resin is a two-part liquid medium that when mixed together becomes a solid plastic like material. Resin is used as a clear topcoat or can be poured into silicone molds to become 3-D items. I use a variety of other material materials in combination with the resin to create functional homegoods and accessories.
-
Is resin safe to use?
Resin is a toxic material when it is in its original liquid form. Once the resin is mixed, and the chemical reaction has occurred, It becomes 100% nontoxic and safe to touch, wear, and safe for food contact. This means you can use all of your functional items with peace of mind that your safety is taken into consideration.
-
Are the natural elements real?
All of the natural elements that I use in my handmade products are indeed real sourced from the outside. All the flowers are handpicked, pressed and dried by me.
